Didn’t really like the idea of spending over a grand on Goose Gear’s rear seat delete platform knowing it’s just plywood and Raptor liner, so I built my own and am very happy with how it turned out.

Very nice. A few questions.

1 are the two openings over the top of the rear seats hinged or just pop out?
2 Did you use Rhino Liner or something else?
3 1/2 or 3/4 inch birch plywood?

Thanks

They pop out. Raptor Liner. 3/4” plywood. Can’t remember if it was birch. It was $65 a sheet

Thanks. The base is 2 by or 1 by wide.

I really like this idea, I just have to convince myself to take the seats out, and what to do with them.

Thanks again

So what is the price for me to drive up and get this in my four door? Would also give me an excuse to stock back up on some Benton's ham and bacon.

I bought 2 sheets of 3/4” plywood $65 each. 4 quart pack of Raptor liner from Amazon at $133 (used less than a quart), 4 pack latch kit from Amazon,
1 1/4” deck screws, oak wood plugs to cover countersunk screws, sand down to make flat, use bondo filler to fill in imperfections, then Raptor Liner.

This level of work and final product deserves not only a huge "thumbs up" but a thorough explanation of steps, measurements, links to products.
Excellent.
Curious-where did the two diamond-plate pieces go, and what are they/where to source?
Again, great job with the fit and finish, and extra kudos for tight lines along the contours.
Definitely not something that looks rushed or half-thought out.

That setup looks incredible! Excellent attention to detail craftsmanship! I have a 23 2D Wildtrack and would be very interested if you would consider building me a kit? I’m only 2 hr 45 min from your area. Thanks for your consideration in advance!

Well done. I have this project on my list for my 4 door. I felt the same way, about the Goose Gear product.
