Google the part number and it looks like you can get the rack for about $950. Is that right? Bargain if it is.

I think there's a little bit more involved. Maybe even a module replacement is needed somewhere along the way as there was a previously banned member on here that got his Bronco to work with. Stop and go if I remember correctly and it involved changing some of the steering components or the camera or module along with some heavy duty. Forscan work.... Sure could use his help right about now.

I would really love to see Ford support this mod

Here's the link I found but perhaps that doesn't include the tie rods? https://www.fordoempartsdirect.com/oem-parts/ford-gear-rack-and-pinion-steerin-nb3z3504m

Good luck OP! Ford is going to sell a ton of these if it works! Really hope they provide better support for these type of mods in the future.
Wow, that looks right. And this part number is for the full rack. Inners and outers included. That’s a good price!

I understand that Hoss 3.0 upgrade includes the steering rack, as well as the tie rods, but I’d be curious to how those tie rods compare to the Fabtech tie rods.

Well here it is folks it showed up and she sure is sexy in a beefy way!!!!

Ford wants $1700 to do the install but can't seem to get the programming or calibration for it🤔🤪🫣🫢🤭

Anyway I'll devise a solution very soon since Ford's programming team is slow and well just plain dumb. ( Maybe this is why some folks have got their new WT yet....their built but the programming is way behind....

I'll keep the community informed and up to date on this awesome upgrade as it progresses.

Have you tried installing it, and just recalibrating the angle sensor with ForScan or an advanced scan tool?

ASE has nothing to do with labor times, but 10 hours is a little high. Not too far off normal though. Warranty time is 4.6 hours not including alignment. Retail is typically 50% over warranty, so about 7.0 without alignment. Most dealers will get 1.0-2.0 hours for an alignment, so figure 8.0-9.0 would be average for a dealership to do it.
