One other item that was not good - the good fit. Big gap on the right front and high. Both sides of the hood were low at the cowl and high at the front, might be designed that way but the right side was still high and wide vs the left side.

Thanks for investigating. Your very good pics show how this makes sense to list the tops as bad.

Really hope those were early attempts and things are getting better or at least when production restarts tomorrow.

It’s a three piece roof. The biggest issue is getting the seam right. It’s getting better, but……

Judging by the photos I would say that is a composite - sandwiched fiberglass matting with a resin binder...

The fact that you can see the layers and the edges are delaminating (or appears to be) is uh.. thats bad, man. a few freeze/thaw cycles and you cold weather folk are in trouble.. eesh.

Ouch, yeah that ain't good. Blemishes or other cosmetic imperfections are one thing, but that open edge spells trouble down the road.

I will add these items to the magic marker I bought to correct the Missy stitching on the interior.

BTW the 2 door Sasquatch is night and day to a 4 door non Sasquatch. The 2 door is a real bronco

Well we found another place Ford used interns to design stuff, what a joke.

If I ever had a project like that I would fire the engineer and the engineering manager, there is no excuse for any design to be like that, unless...
