I need to play a little more I think my fronts are in contact with the spring in one place. I’m not sure how much it matters. I really had to adjust the rears. The installers were a little baffled by it it seems.
Icon told us some contact was okay but we had proably 4” of hose pressed up against the coils, they ended up sending a set with a shorter hose, I didnt have time to send the ones I had back to have them fixed so I bough a second set and am waiting on a refund

you would think they would work through this beforehand. Baffles me.

Pretty sure they only tested their electronic adjustable set on one trim and called it a day, those are what they show on every kits instructions

That’s the set I got (Cdev) and my stock tie rods with no sleeve still rub the spring. I think they just screwed the pooch on these and didn’t account on variation of trim or worse just went to market with a defective product that they apparently knew about before launch. I’m really disappointed in them, honestly I may never buy another Icon product again. We will see how this supposed fix is and if I’m not happy then they said they will refund me. I told Dusty from Icon I would be in their area tomorrow if they wanted to see my issue but was told there might not be shop time and then I got no reply to the DM. You would think they would want to figure this out asap but I guess they don’t.

I'm curious what a sasquatch on 33's would look like. I want Sas for the features and potential capability (in case future me wants 35s and to do more extreme off-roading) but feel like 33's would be perfect for me in terms of daily drivability and doing beginner 4x4 stuff.

Installed icon 2.5 adjustable coilovers along with Camburg upper control arms, nitto trail grapplers 315/70R17, and Sasquatch take off wheels. Did the install with my dad (he’s on the forum so hi dad) in our driveway, overall it’s a straight forward install which means it took us 15+ hours.

Started with a non squatch black diamond 2.3L manual, there was nothing wrong with the ride stock it was good on and off road. However the switch from stock to icon was night and day, it rides incredibly smooth and plush while also drastically reducing body roll and pitch. Haven’t been able to take it off roading yet but am sure that my bash plates will appreciate the added ground clearance.

There were some difficulties with the instal, the position of the front reservoirs either pushed the hose along the spring rubbing on 4 of the coils or rubbing the the tire at full lock. After speaking with icon we were told we could losses the nut to spin the hose on the revisor without leaking oil, it leaked oil. Icon then got to work on new set of custom front coil-overs and had them ready in an impressive amount of time so props to them. This is a new vehicle and a brand new suspension kit so not that suprised that there’d be issues.

Overall it rides amazing and looks great, programmed the tire size with forscan two days ago so really don’t have enough data to make any real mpg claims but doesn’t seem to be a change. I’ll post updates when I get some time to take it off road with the new set up. It also got a buff, polish, and ceramic coat while we waited for parts and looks better than factory now.

I was in the same boat, I’ll tell you the marine vinyl is amazing and probably one of my favorite features. I’m not 100% sure 34s or 35s will fit without the lift, but I think someone on here did I it. I really liked the steelies and kind of wished I could’ve kept them the only possible issue with them is the offset.

This was when the shocks went of before the wheels and tires, the nittos don’t have anymore road noise but it did loose a little bit of perkiness in the throttle but nothing major.

What are your center hub to fender measurements?
I put mine on this week and am at 26.5 inches front and 27.5 inches rear, but that’s with top and doors off. I need to put everything back on to see where it settles.

Nice job. I can’t imagine doing all that without a lift. My back hurts just looking at the photos 😂

Mine was just under 26in but thats with 4door and front jcr winch mount and winch around 27 in the back. I'm going to adjust the fronts up to get a little more room for my 37's.

How about rear brake lines? Mine are short. This is with the passenger side lifted, but still needs to go a bit more to lift the tire. I think if I lift my passenger tire, I lose brakes.
