Ahhh I see. I’ve been trying to do the swap on my Bronco since I have the M190 but only Dana 44 FDU is out and the M210 swap is also available but not sure about it. Thanks great build looks amazing

What's the story with the power welder? Any info or details on their setup?

It’s from premier power welder. Should be available now on their site. It’s same amazing weldes much better that the typical trial spool gun welder

It amazes me the things that some of you are doing to these. It’s inspiring, the sky is the limit.
But I did say something in another thread about those lotto numbers needing to hit cuz gotdamn there are some pricey builds.
Very sweet machine.

With as much Wheeling as you guys in Trail Militia do, isnt the width of the long travel going to be a hindrance? Seems more geared toward Baja type stuff ?

Ive been to sand hollow, awesome place! I did Plan B and Souble Sammy in my Basequatch on 37s for Trail hero, I know you guys have done those and more. Ive seen videos of the Braptor doing some trails there, maybe the extra width will be fine?

Wel through some of the really tight stuff yes it can hurt , but with the added articulation it doesn’t get tipy. At no point have I left tires now . And in reality it’s not much wider that a keep on tins with 40’s

Update; got Fiberwerks fiberglass on it now. It’s a dame good fitting kit. Had to do minor trimming but was much easier than when we did an adv kit

So, they made a complete welding system for the Bronco that comes with a replacement alternator? Is it the standard or micro box? I just checked the website again and didn't see any mention of it. I used to have one on a Jeep and loved it.

Comes with a big alternator, goes from 210 amp to 300. And it’s a standard I believe. I plan on making a video on it asap

Good lord, 300A....you remember when big aftermarket alternators were 120A and everyone bragged about how they could power a small city LOL

Quick update on the bronco. We had her out at the mint400 just for show. Here are some pics of her. Besides that axles are finally coming in and will get to test on the rocks. In the open desert and dunes she’s a way diffrent beast from when it just had kings. Hopefully I can get some video next weekend doing some 4x4 action.

likely around 16” front, and 11” rear

it’s been a few months now running this kit on the rocks and sand. I never really though how much a long travel kit would help crawling. The added width keeps the truck so stable while doing any off camber climbs. I did go to a stronger tie rod linkage. Went with jeeperf rods. Their pricy but it’s a buy once cry once. Working on a walk around video of my bronco to explain some of my upgrades.
