Nice. My next set will have that look. How was it mounting the spare?
Spare mounted just fine. The new wheels and tires didn't even obstruct the rear view camera so the 360 camera works just fine (wouldn't have been an issue if I had sasquatch since the camera mount is longer). The bumper supports just need to be extended so they touch the tire, though.

Falken Wildpeak AT3W is great. They're much heavier than Stock Goodyears, though.

Here's mine at 315/70/17 with 17x8.5 0 offset wheels. Non squatch Badlands.

nice rig. Agree re Wildpeaks
We have AT3’s. We film in the Rockies on and off real sloppy roads and they are brilliant.

I just pulled the trigger on the new Yoko G017's - aka A/T XDs in 35x12.5r17. Should be here next week.

I had the Baja boss AT and it was a great tire for traction but they were super heavy and mine wore all funny and got loud after some time with them. Went from the 35" Baja boss to a 37 kenda klever and so far I like the kenda better. Way cheaper and a lighter tire. I also only gained 1.5 lb moving up to the 37. My only gripe about the kenda is they aren’t 12.5 wide more like 11.5 wide.

I'll be interested to hear how you like the Yoko's. Great experience with them on my Excursion (A/Ts) and my daughter's Subaru Crosstrek. Eyeing the A/T XDs for my Sasquatch once these Territorys wear out.

You need to learn to ignore the 3PMSF symbol, it is essentially meaningless.
My Toyo’s have it and are the worst tire I have ever had for rain and winter.

There are tires that do not have it that will outperform those with it.

Look for real world testing.

fwiw, even the best AT (or whatever) will look foolish against an actual winter tire when put to use.

Some places require this symbol for insurance discount purposes etc

This is the second time Ive seen you have issues with the Toyo AT3. Being a highly rated tire, I am surprised to hear this.

Ive had this tire on Broncos and Pickups and love them down here with very wet driving in Florida. No problems.

Are you running a high tire pressure maybe? Smaller contact patch? Just thinking out loud.

Love your list of vehicles you have by the way.

Here in Washington when chains are required on a mountain pass, you are ok to go if you have 4wd and the snowflake symbol on your tires, but no chains (very rarely they require chains on all vehicles). Not saying you couldn't make it just fine, but the state patrol might have an issue.

Same in California where I live - chains or "4WD+snow tires" and they will consider a 3PR a snow tire.

Yeah, same set still. Toyo has been of no help. Will not return any communication.

Some one here has the exact same tire and does not have any issues. Different date codes.
I think I just bought into a bad run run of tires. Millions of miles of reviews , nearly all are excellent... but here we are.

My other advice to give is ... buy locally.
I bought through Summit and think it would be of no help to drag them into it.
I feel that a GOOD local dealer would at a minimum help out with replacing them in some manner.

Live and learn.
Some times the best pricing isn't the best deal, especially when $1500 problems arise.
