Fuel economy is extremely subjective to terrain and type of commute, but I agree, Jeeps suck.

Welcome. Don't expect great gains in MPG with the Bronco. I agree that the Bronco's styling blows out the Jeeps, especially the dash. I couldn't stand living with the newer Jeeps Italian Red Dash. The Bronco's could be better, but still so much better to look at than the Jeep's
YMMV

Agreed! And that tiny little screen!! I think I would go blind trying to see where I am going or looking for my Jam.

Doesn't apply to this post but as long as you make some sort of attempt to search for a min or two before making a new thread, MOST* won't yell at you for not searching

*Some probably still will though
Trust me! This is the reason why I have not posted yet. I search once or twice before creating a new thread to ask a question. I have found my answers every time after searching through pointless replies and pictures of the search feature on this forum. I hope no one had a similar thread like this. I tried to infuse my weird obsession for the Bronco with a dash of humor and a cup of hate on the competition. What cha think about my first attempt? lol

I don't expect the Sasquatch with the 2.7TT to get much better than 14 in the real world. My Ranger with the 2.3T struggles to get above 17-18. My MKX with the 2.7TT gets about 20 MPG.
I expect my bronco to get similar mpg as the F-150. If the bronco doesn't get at least 21-23 mpg combined or better I'd be pretty surprised.

I actually dont think those MPG ratings are all that bad all things considered.
I am also looking forward to the next gen of Jeeps as they compete with the Bronco, Defender, and whatever else.

Sounds about the same as my 265hp Ford, I am actually impressed.

Damn! So this is what I can expect?
Hope for the best prepare for the worst. I do not think the monthly gas cost will be much different from when I had my Mercedes. I don't expect to drive much daily unless I am hitting a trail.

"Pineapple Pizza. It's a Bronco thing you wouldn't understand."

And I concur!
More like I didn't understand that Jeep thing so I bought a Bronco.

I think I averaged 13.7 in my JK with 35s... I doubt this thing will see much over 11 mpg downhill in the real world, lol.

I disagree. My raptor with a 3.5 and prob 500+ pounds more than the bronco gets 16mpg around town easily. I have seen 18+ on the highway on my Raptor

Of course it will depend how eager you are with your right foot BUT I think the 2.7 will be better than the 3.5 in terms of MPG.

If I see 20mpg with the 2.7 with 35s on the Bronco then I will be very happy.

Wife just took the kids skiing last Friday and averaged 27 with the wrangler diesel. The thing never misses a beat through the passes.
