At least he wasn't checking the speed on all 3 by having the wife drive her Lambo behind them and compare speeds.

I changed it .You are right does sound bad .Thanks for the tip..
While I appreciate your willingness to update it, with replies quoting your original post, the damage is done.
But thanks for taking criticism!

If that was truly your intent, fine. But the fact that you had to mention you had three and then say you also will be getting a Raptor, etc (that post seems to be deleted) makes it look like you wanted to brag. And that's why folks are calling you on it.

Which sounds more douchebaggy:
A) I know of 3 Broncos where their speedometers are off by ~2mph. Have you seen anything like this?

OR

B) your post
or.... he has nothing but a jeep....

ok, trolling aside...

I've noticed this too. Both on Waze, and when I pass a road sign that displays speed. Ok, not the most scientific methods, however, I've never noticed it being different on any other car.

What did the dealer do to fix it?

If it is off, I imagine my mileage is also off, and my MPG calculation, so on and so on...

I have stock tires, so that ain't it.

My Sasquatch reads high approximately one mile per hour. Close enough for me. My Escape has always been right on, matching my GPS exactly.

I have a 2020 KTM that reads high by 5% at all speeds. That is annoying. But I've had other motorcycles that were worse.

Drama aside, it's perfectly normal for speedometers to read a little high. They aren't calibrated like a police speedometer

Waze shows/showed a 2mph difference in my Jetta, my now sold 2020 Jeep Wrangler, and my wife's QX80. They're all the same, so I figured it was a Waze thing more than a crazy coincidence.

21 OBX SAS with stock tires reads 2 mph slow as well. Radar in my neighborhood and waze shows the same results. Guess I'll see if local dealer can fix it.

Mine reads fast as well. Pretty ridiculous considering that it has a GPS receiver.
