I bought these tires with 2k miles on them and put another 5k since. I had the @SVCOFFROAD coil spacer installed on my non-sas at the same times as the install of these tires. I immediately took it to ford for balancing.

Both front tires are nearly full worn on the outsides and not at all worn on the inside. Pic of the rear tire included for comparison which has no wear.

Is there something specific I should be looking for that caused this?

Balancing? Do you mean alignment? If not, that's what should have been done, or if it was done, it wasn't right.

In bad need of an alignment. Does it pull to one side?

Sorry to see your tires that way. Thats definitely and alignment issue. I would talk to the shop that installed them, its industry for shops to inform people to get the vehicle aligned after any lift.

Did they just balance the tires or do an alignment? Even a 2" lift significantly alters the alignment.

As others have said, it is an alignment issue. Of course, if you used to drive a Jeep, you probably didn't realize anything was amiss as you would be used to fighting the wandering steering.

That's alignement problem.
I respectfully disagree, he obviously used the wrong wax!

Wait, wut, suspension changes can cause alignment problems? That's not possible... LOL 😂

For now, OP should rotate the tires and get an alignment. Also, stop turning, the tires will wear less... LOL.

Also the possibility your tires have to little or to much air. Chalk test is something I’ve done ever since owning jeeps to get the contact patch correct.

Your toe / camber is off and you need to take it to an alignment shop. When you raise a vehicle this affects your alignment as it is set from the factory. Take it to a reputable alignment shop and make sure they give you a before and after alignment specs. I dont think youll need to worry about it with a coil spacer lift, but if you go much taller you will most likely need to buy aftermarket suspension arms to help getting the alignment back to factory spec so you arent chewing through tires.
