I did a small 1/2" body lift last night. The process was crazy easy and reused my stock bolts. My wife was against the idea, so I have started really small. Once she gets used to the look, I'll either go to 3/4" or 1". The "A" shots are before. The "B" shots are after. It is a very subtle difference, but I could tell the difference getting back in the truck. lol

Sorry for the off-topic, but how's the road noise on those General Grabbers compared to stock 35s?

These are the correct thread pitch. They are 192 mm long (approximately 2.25” longer than stock).

Ford part number KB3Z 26001B39 B
Could be a dumb question but are these “too” long for just a 1” body lift?

Has anyone with an under hood ARB twin compressor done a body lift? I'm curious what modifications need to made to the compressor mount...
Haven't considered this. I have a 1/2” lift waiting for the weather to warm up to install. Next time I get a chance I might run out and poke around. I need to redo the air lines on the compressor anyway.

I’m installing my custom .75” body lift Friday but just saw BroncBusters instagram post with a new body gap light bar they are testing and plan for production for both 1.5 and 3” body lifts. Looks incredible and super functional. I’ll 100% go to 1.5” when they release this thing.

Did you guys unhook your fender liners when doing the body lifts or is there enough slack for my .75” lift? @Bird Dog Overland

Installed my custom .75” body lift. This is on top of my 2.3” front 1.6” rear suspension lift. As others have said extremely easy. I used the long fastenal bolts bird dog recommended just because I bought them and figured I’d use them. I’ll get some before and after shots tomorrow.

Finished the 3/4" body lift today, I cut the spacers out of a piece of flat uhmw stock with a hole saw and drilled them. I think I have less than 50 bucks into it with the two front bolts.

I was worried it would be noticeable and you really can't tell unless you know.

Finally got a chance to get my 1/2” lift installed. I planned on putting a spacer in between the plate and the mounting bracket but after installing the lift there was easily enough play that I could just bolt the two back together without a spacer. No problem at all. If you’re planning to go bigger you made need to work out some type of spacer but I’m not sure.

Thanks for the followup - glad to hear that it works.
