I am pretty good friends with the Fusz bros if you didn’t already walk, I can try to pass something on and help? Don’t believe it would hurt.

Finance for 3 months, wait a week then go re-finance at your credit union. They only want you to keep it financed for 3 months so they are sure to get their kickback from the bank
There is no law against paying cash. There are just reporting requirements for withdrawing or depositing $10,000 or more from/to a bank account. But generally, when someone says they are paying cash for a vehicle, it doesn't literally mean cash. It just means they aren't financing it.using your credit union is the same as paying the dealer cash didn't realize there is a law in any state where you can't pay cash
How can I tell this looking @ my window sticker?Probably need to verify if your window sticker has MY22 or MY22.5 pricing on it. That may be causing confusion
Then be prepared to walk if this is the hill you burry your flag on.In my case, I can’t put down a down payment, nor can I go with the Credit Union, where I already have approved financing.
according to them, I MUST go with their financing for whatever rate they deem appropriate for me to buy my Bronco
They are trying to break you. They want it for themselvesIn my case, I can’t put down a down payment, nor can I go with the Credit Union, where I already have approved financing.

yea, actually there are anti-money-laundering laws in pretty much every state. In my state you can't drop more than $10,000 without their being a hold period of between 5-10 days and where the bank must transmit the money directly after submitting a few forms to the state DOR.There is no law against paying cash. Sorry… reading back over that, I can see where that’s confusing.why would you refinance higher?
You were absolutely right. When I was talking to my wife on the drive home, I compared the experience to having a conversation from someone who was just awoken from a 20-year coma on April 1st and trying to prove it was 2022.Then be prepared to walk if this is the hill you burry your flag on.
Financing can suck for a variety of ways. Some in our control and some beyond our control. But they're holding the cards on this one and their request isn't unreasonable. Likely they will pad a point of interest in there, plus round up the pennies and make an extra $35 off of you at the end of 3 months.
Or you walk and they sell the rig for $10K over MSRP. I can see where they would rather be.
I don’t disagree. It felt like that from the get-go.They are trying to break you. They want it for themselves
wake up tomorrow and plan a course of action to ease your stress. Good luck fellow Broncoan.I don’t disagree. It felt like that from the get-go.
I’m just blown away by the arrogance. I spent 5 hours in intense negotiations and I lost significant ground.
I’ve never felt this level of upset. We’ll see how I feel tomorrow. Right now, it’s in the garage and I couldn’t give less of a damn to fawn over it…
No lawyer worth Anything taking that call.Get in the box, finance, and call a lawyer on speaker as he's printing up documents.
i once ran into a situation where a dealer was trying to get me to do exactly that - accept their financing deal and then refi with my credit union shortly afterwards, for the convenience of driving the car home that day. Glad I didn’t fall for it - my credit union explained to me that a refi forces the car into their “used car financing” category, and the credit union’s rates were higher for used cars than for new cars!why would you refinance higher?
I don't think that would fly in Maryland. How can they not let you shop around for financing? When I purchased mine in February from Chapman Ford, they quoted me a rate but my credit union was lower and they matched it.In my case, I can’t put down a down payment, nor can I go with the Credit Union, where I already have approved financing.
