Who knows? It all depends on what the final configuration is and how much aftermarket support it gets. Sales-wise, I think it will be the new king. But we'll have to wait and see how capable it is before guessing how much hardcore offroaders will like it.

Since you added a bunch of older vehicles some very notable vehicles you left off would include the Defender, Old Blazer, Old Land Cruiser/FJ40s, heck even some Mercedes

Since you mentioned the Honda Civic, why no mention of the popular offroad vehicle, the Ford Pinto? I know I've driven it offroad before.

All depends on the manual transmission availability.
Does the lifted Civi come with a manual? That could be a fall back.

I honestly think it will rank first. The Jeep XJ might have it beat in rock crawling and general off-road capabilities but even with IFS (or maybe because of it) the Bronco with a removable roof, comfort and more power will definitely take the throne for most popular off-road vehicle. I think it will be more reliable too

ford planning on selling 200,000 of them so I imagine they will be very popular if they don’t end up just being an Explorer with a removable top.

Important distinction: Ford is planning on selling 200,000 'Bronco family vehicles'. That includes the ruggedized Escape aka Baby Bronco, which is probably expected to sell more volume than the BroncoBronco. Their target for BroncoBronco is probably <100k at least to start out with.
