Wildtrak makes no sense at all.

I originally reserved the WT I have switched to a 4 door BD. Only because I’m wanting to keep at a certain budget with my build and still have a little wiggle room for accessories..
I think the WT looks the best. The black squatch wheels, black end cap Mirrors and grill especially with the painted HT..

It will be a “looker” rollin down the road..

I’m in the boat if you don’t like a trim don’t friggin buy it and don’t start a thread to bash that trim..

I just tried to build a Big Ben spec'ed out like my Wildtrak. No luxury package option, No Leather interior option, No Black Grille, Mirrors & Emblems, No Hood Decal.

So basically you have to pay more (to move to the Wildtrak trim) only to allow you to pay even more for other options (leather, Lux package, etc.).

"I'll take a Standard Burger with pickles please."
"I'm sorry sir, you can only get pickles on the Deluxe Burger."
"Uh, ok, I'll take a Deluxe Burger with pickles."
"Sure. Pickles are an extra dollar."

umm, Big Bend shares some of the same the same interior colors as wild track. so based on your logic (worst interior colors), why go with either?

Nope one is black and grey the other one is sandstone and grey

Nope.

The standard burger is just a patty and a bun. Mustard and ketchup, lettuce, and onions are the only options. BUT you want pickles.

The deluxe burger includes mustard and ketchup, and lettuce. Onions are still optional. Now pickles are an option.

There is a picture of a bacon cheeseburger, but it isn’t available.

Oh, the line up runs out the door and down the street. The people at the midpoint of the line have a 5 hour wait, the people at the back of the line have a 12 hour wait. It’s 4:00pm restaurant closes at 9:00pm.

Almost identical, one Big bend, one Wildtrak! I could not make them same color and save as JPEG.

I don't get your point. As if you can't do this with most vehicles?

From the Granger and Stephens threads doesn't look like Wildtrack is too popular, could be combination of bang for your buck and the interior colors.

I'm going basesquatch, every time I build out other trims I end up way higher in cost with not enough to make it worth it (to me).

How did you come to that graphic?

I originally hated the wildtrak interior when we first saw it. I just saw a very similar interior on the f250 and it looks great in person.

I just came up with a crazy idea. I will switch to the 2Dr WT since the 2Dr models will be built later and hopefully the black tops will be ready at the same time. Here's where I will give Ford credit for high marks:
- Mechanical
- Electrical
- Features
- Accessories
- Reliability (this is a bit of a stretch at the moment)
Overall, a big "Bang for the Buck" compared to competition. The only item I the competition has over Ford is the aesthetics (interior and top), but quality/reliability is near the toilet.

I’m planning on a Badlands build with MGV, but just to play devils advocate on the topic of WT interior...

Is the Wildtrack interior really that bad? I mean, assuming you upgrade to leather, how is it really that much different than the F-250 Limited interior (the nicest super duty interior available which I don’t hear nearly this much whining about)...??

I have a 2019 F-250 Lariat (boring black “leather” seats), and I’d kill for that Limited interior!

I read something in the forum a few months ago that they will be built a little later because the demand is greater for the 4 Dr option.
