The differences will be in tenths of a MPG.

stock bfg 33's...well not quite 33's. set to 35-36psi.
93 octane
80-20 hwy - city
normal drive mode...well one slippery in a downpour where tornados touched down and using eco mode for 5min.

Been driving mine the first 1,500 miles not trying to run the piss out if it but not really trying to get the most MPG out of it...see where I sit driving "normally".

Been getting 17.9 to 18.4mpg

Want to do two more rotations

1. With me paying attention and changing up my habits not being a hypermiling guy but not hanging out in the left lane doing 80.

2. Using the eco mode and the above, I have noticed the power is a little muted in this mode the 5min I did run it just to see if I could "tell" or "feel" a difference.

Webspoke: how much acceleration loss do you think you had by going the larger/heavier tires and wheels?

I have a Mansquatch on order. I've been concerned about power loss vs lighter tires and wheels in a stock (non squatch) rig, but didn't want to give up the looks or features of the Squatch. I think I might go with the General ATX 275/70R18 which is a 33.2" tire in a C load range. It only weighs 46lbs. If I can find some 18" wheels in the 25-30lb range, I should be able to shave off 10-15lbs per corner on my Bronco while still maintaining a decent look. Let me know your thoughts (please).

The spec’s say the difference should be 6% in gearing loss. It felt more like 10% overall. The SAS wheel/tire combo is about 6lbs heavier, and it is all in the wheel - tire is the same weight. What I feel more is the loss of gearing.

Enabling sport mode brought the acceleration feel back to better than before ( I know it just tricks the throttle). It is decently quick once you are out of 1st gear. Without it I use a lot of throttle input to get to a nice level of acceleration. Not as snappy or responsive.

I think 275’s will look too skinny. My original badlands 285’s looked as narrow as I would go for looks. I can see 285 ko2 on the sas wheels a nice combo. Nice wide track, aggressive tread, And good gearing and street manners.

I was hoping the base model got the advertised 20-22 mpg!

Have a decent amount of hill driving and trails. 40%hwy, 40cty, 20% trails. Overall, given the weight of vehicle, tire size, and Hp the mileage is what I expected.

Ford Bronco Manual trans 2.3L - MPG & tire size/spec ? 20211223_103017(1)
You know that pedal on the right is to go faster right? ;)

I'm somehow getting 4mpg less than you are (2dr vs 4dr aside, we have the same spec)

I was idling in 3rd(20mph-ish) coming into the neighborhood, I try to go slow for the kids in the area. The posted 25mph is too fast through a residential area.
