I have not yet taken delivery but my saleslady sent this when I asked about it. It's in the "computer", they just have to look.For those of you that have taken delivery, any golden ticket to getting your dealer to understand the price protection?
Asked about it and my dealer said: " My boss said since we switched to a lesser trim level the rebate is not applied. It has to be same trim level as original build. "
Being a forum vet, I know this not to be the case, right? How the hell do I tell him he's wrong again and keep working on it without coming across as an asshole? I've already sent him the document from Ford explaining the program.
Why do we keep having to deal with these "people" at dealers. It's 2022, the info is out there, they just need to look or at least listen to us!
I'm working on trying to explain the customer satisfaction funds to her now.
