For those of you that have taken delivery, any golden ticket to getting your dealer to understand the price protection?

Asked about it and my dealer said: " My boss said since we switched to a lesser trim level the rebate is not applied. It has to be same trim level as original build. "

Being a forum vet, I know this not to be the case, right? How the hell do I tell him he's wrong again and keep working on it without coming across as an asshole? I've already sent him the document from Ford explaining the program.

I have not yet taken delivery but my saleslady sent this when I asked about it. It's in the "computer", they just have to look.

Why do we keep having to deal with these "people" at dealers. It's 2022, the info is out there, they just need to look or at least listen to us!

I'm working on trying to explain the customer satisfaction funds to her now.

Convoy question -- for those who have shipped convoy what was the time from dispatched on the PALS Portal to delivered to dealer?

Mine Showed VIN# and PENDING right up to the time I took delievery (1/13). It Never changed after delivery either.. still says pending right now..

My dealer finally got back to me and let me know my truck is in Mira Loma- about 40 min from the dealership and is awaiting ground transport- should be any day.

Mine's been sitting 90 miles away at the railyard for a week, I hope you have better luck getting yours!!

Help! At the dealership to get my 2 door Badlands, High Package and there is no sound deadening headliner….isn’t it supposed to be standard or included on the High Package?

Dealer should have added it as a "no cost option" when placing your order. Mine is listed on my DORA as well as the window sticker as "Sound Deadening Headliner, No Charge"

I am in the exact situation as you . 90 miles from the dealer sitting at the rail station.
Salesman said hopefully we can get it this week, if not, we should have it soon.

It also depends on if you preordered your build before the cutoff mid March. THats when they were giving out free headliners.

So after my 1000th refresh today I was surprised to see a change in my status or more specifically my estimated delivery date. Notice I didn't say it was a good change bumped from 2/1 to 2/13 no notice, no email, no explanation. Already sent a nice note to my dealership to get some type of explanation.

I just got an email from united road that two more explorers were delivered to my dealer. My heart jumped for a moment. Thanks Ford Petersburg ramp, the only deliveries I get to see. Dixiana is like a purgatory.

Not sure when ours actually shipped but Walker said it's due in by Friday!
