Took me like 2 hours to install the new brackets! Not IAG's fault. Just everything that could go wrong, did. The plastic strap to keep the shock compressed broke. I dropped parts into the innards of my Bronco. I couldn't find the right tools. Then misplaced them when I set them down... There's more, but I've blocked it out.

Installed mine last weekend. Works flawlessly. Best bang for the buck accessory I've purchased yet! Just wish it came with a sticker for the cooler

Weird about the bungees. Mine were not difficult to latch nor have been a problem after over a month of use.

Mine kept coming off. Then I remembered “forward most stud”. Duh- I had them screwed into the rear most studs. My top was difficult to latch in the front and middle but a couple of bracket adjustments made a huge difference. Love the kit!

Put mine on today. It's especially nice with the raised cargo lid enclosure. The prop was always in the way before.

SO I installed the soft top assist and everything worked well the first couple times to lift the back....however when I went to fully retract the soft top both hooks attached to thte elastic broke in two....anyone else have this issue. I double checked the video and am sure I installed it correctly.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We have replied to your email and will get some replacements out to you. We will keep our eye on this. The intention of the bungees is to assist in pulling the rear of the top framework rearward when putting the top down so you are all aware.
