2023 Bronco Soft Top Window Seems Less Wavy

Nice to see no wavy windows. I will say for sure that the newer the build dates the better the quality over all in the bronco. I have seen it first hand. My 23 blackdiamond is tighter over all than my wife's early 22 black diamond. Fit finish and rattle are way better in the later trucks. This is common on just about any new vehicle no matter what brand.

This definitely is the case for us, coming from a 22 OBX to a 23 Badlands. Tighter is exactly the word I've been using to describe how it feels. Even the B&O subwoofer rattle is basically non-existent.

I thought the same thing. I had purchased a Big Bend 2022 while I waited for my Badlands order to finally come in. I took delivery of it last night finally. I wished i had taken a picture when they were parked next to each other but it was a very noticeable difference. Went back to my delivery photos with the dealer and confirmed.

Pshhh....the wave in my rear windows creates a draft affect that gives my Bronco at least 5 extra HP. You newbies will never know the power we 21-22 soft top owners command.

When I do get tired of this real ultimate power, I will probably just go with @Area51BS and scout some Bronco window donors for a swap.

Took delivery of a 2023 Badlands on Monday, and the soft top side windows are the least wavy I've ever seen on a new Bronco. Did I just get lucky? Anyone else taken delivery on a '23 and notice this? They'll probably get wavy as time passes anyhow, but still.

FYI
The reason why they are/get wavy... is... because when you tilt the back up to get inside your rig... the plastic stretches (kind of from a square rectangle to a trapezoid) and, therefore, that's how it gets "wavy"...

I have never.... ever have seen such a perfect rear window!!! that is amazing!!!
Try to keep it perfect... just don't lift your rear top section.

Makes sense, but I looked at my pictures of when I took delivery and mine were wavy. I guess it's possible that mine was opened several times before delivery and this one wasn't.

looks fantastic - what a difference! As much as I'm glad I have my Bronco and do like the soft top - I would be interested in finding out if the panels are swappable to the '21/'22 soft tops

If wrinkled, stretched rear out soft top windows bother you then you probably should NOT have gotten a soft top.

I can luckly confirm this as of today. My '23 Badlands has nearly flat windows. The driver side has a slight bulge.

Mine is the same. I can't capture it on camera, but the driver side has what I would call 1/2 of a wave. I'll take that over last year's model with 2 big drooping waves.
