The second row row panel is not removable when the Ford roof rack is on. It now hangs useless in the shop. It was pretty easy to get on/off with provided tools.

What squeaks and rattles? All the lovely squeaks and rattles Ford designed into this thing.
So all you see here are invalid features and the milage is the issue for you?I can't believe that in the last 16 pages only ONE guy complained about the small gas tank / range. Don't you guys drive anywhere? At 17 hwy mpg, and a 16.9gal tank. A 2DR Badlands has a maximum theoretical range of 287 miles. Even my son's Focus RS has more range than this with a 13.4 gal tank.
There is fix for the windows. Had it done for my drivers side last week. I don’t have the number right now, but it’s SSM_____?That is NTSB feature then Ford brono all drive assist cars have that warning.
The double honk for sure and the wobbly widows that do a double wack when you close your doors I wish there was a way to stop that. Aside from lowering the window a tad before you close it.
Use Sport and it locks it out, but with that said I wish it would stay in the Goat mode you last used, without asking. The auto-start at lights (or any full stop) .
if they wanted that feature great but let you opt IN and not it being required until you remember to hit the button.
I think a window adjustment will remove the rattle, appears not all rattle. The frameless windows are at the top of my list. They rattle when open, they freeze in winter making the doors hard to open or close, they need regular reseting (not very often but once every few months) and the body frame is still above them so they don’t provide a wide open space like a mustang convertible.
I am wondering too…. Are these squeaks and rattles there from day one or is it after doing jumps and hard acceleration in uneven rocky roads? What squeaks and rattles?
If you have the hard top prep kit there is a plug there along with hose kit for rear window wiper and washerWhat is this?!
No, you missed my point. I didn't compare mileage, I complained about range. Range is the issue. The cause is a too small gas tank.So all you see here are invalid features and the milage is the issue for you?
Comparing the gas mileage of a Ford Focus to the Bronco is like apples to watermelons
Looking forward to the fix. It’s mostly once you get inside and are pulling on the inside handle. Exit closing is not an issue cuz you can just press the corner of the door with palm of your hand and closes NP.There is fix for the windows. Had it done for my drivers side last week. I’m sure the plastic was chosen for UV properties to keep from getting brittle when exposed to direct sunlight. A light wipe with Chemical Guys VRB makes a big difference. The cheap plastic throughout the interior that scratches and scuffs so easily, and the heat and air conditioning has a mind of it's own.
Understood. I read here that there is more reserve in the tank and the gauge only shows what ford deems safe for not running into a fuel starvation when the Bronco is in extreme slopes. So it could be for that reasonNo, you missed my point. I didn't compare mileage, I complained about range. Range is the issue. The cause is a too small gas tank.
Seriously I have none, but I’m only at 10,000 miles and very light off-roading . What squeaks and rattles do you have? What squeaks and rattles?
Mine is tight and quiet?I am wondering too…. Are these squeaks and rattles there from day one or is it after doing jumps and hard acceleration in uneven rocky roads?
Is it a 4 door issue or is it on 2doors too.
I already have done some slight rock crawling to a point of having only 2 wheels on the ground at one point. No creaks or rattles since.
agreed. I’m finally getting used to this. But you’re right, if we can lock the doors, why can’t the window controls be there too?The location of the window controls! Ford had to run wiring to the doors for the locking feature, so why not the window buttons! Huge pain since I seem to always hit the rear windows instead of mine!! I've had this thing for 4 months and still can't get used to it!
