Yes, I have received automated follow-up/marketing emails from them. They still have no idea who I am, why they have my email, or acknowledged that I have a Bronco reservation with them. This isn't contact, this is lifecycle email marketing.Check your junk mail folder. I have a reservation with Koons Falls Church too. All their emails end up in my junk folder. Try searching [email protected]. He’s the general manager there and is the one I’ve gotten my emails from.
I haven't attempted to reach out to them either but I've read on these forums some shady things others have experienced. For example, claiming that reservations were closing to create a sense of urgency/more reservations and discounted pricing that's negated with rediculous processing fees.
