Yes RTR , would like to see Ford offer through parts/ accessories ability to retrofit RTR performance . The new 2.3l has good performance so the RTR turbo, cooling, etc would be a better upgrade.

Otherwise, used Broncos that only spent time in the pick-up/drop-off line (majority of all those girlies that just want to cosplay as "baddies") suit me fine.

Center pass-through in the rear seatback so skis can fit while comfortably seating 4 people. Also, the painted door handles I got on my 21 Wildtrak were dropped. They have a much higher quality feel to them compared to the MIC plastic. It's the first thing you touch every time you walk up so it makes a mental impact on your perception of overall quality.

The drop tailgate would present a spare tires problem. It would require a swing away spare. I would care to have that crap stuck on the Bronco. But I do like the drop tailgate idea used in the past. Todays design is very clean.

Is there a way to reasonably skip the factory spare tire and have an option for an onboard air compressor and tire patch kit?

Just bring back the old-school basic choices on ALL models - choice of a manual (with of course a real tach) or an automatic, choice of a four-banger or a six-banger, choice of a two-door or a four-door. Beyond that - how about a choice of a fixed metal roof or a removable MIC roof which does not split/crack/snakeskin/delaminate/leak.
