Whoa, Sept 2022? Was it re-ordering? I was in touch with them from May '22 > March '23 and they wouldn't officially take an order from me until 3/27. Was first in line when they started. My dealer there did let it slip they took a significant amount of orders when banks reopened. Won't divulge allocations.

I ordered it in Sept. and paid South Bay Ford $500 deposit but it didn't get ordered with FoMoCo untill March 27 when the order banks opened again.

I had stopped looking for scheduling emails at this point so couldn't believe this when I saw it. Badlands with all the bad decisions. SAS, Lux, Mod Bumper, Hard Top. Spreading hope for someone with a similar build.

Ordered 6/3. Was surprised to see this turn around that quick! I waited over 1.5 years for a hybrid Maverick before canceling that, buying a CX-5. Put this order in at a dealership that did not require a deposit just to see if it had any shot of being built in 2023.

TBH not sure I will end up buying. The price increases since the last time I looked at them in 2021 are pretty insane. Do people really think $50k for a non-sas BD with a 2.3L is worth it? I know I'd love the thing but I am concerned about the car market cratering and taking a loss if I dislike it and sell it.

Yes sir! This is at Caruso Ford in Long Beach. Im so shocked how fast it went through. I was expecting it to be produced next year.

You can just buy the bumper from Ford if you really like it. That’s what I plan on doing instead of adding it to my car note
