Two door, just my spouse and me. Love the classic Bronco look. Plus the first new car I ever bought was a ā€˜98 Isuzu Amigo, 4x4, 5 speed, so Iā€™m going back to my roots lol.

I do own a home, and use my Frontierā€™s small bed a couple times every couple months. Trading that in. Hopefully those $20 truck rentals from U-Haul arenā€™t too cumbersome lol.

In 2-3 years weā€™ll buy another vehicle. Something more ā€˜sensibleā€™. Maybe a 4-door Bronco?

I'm all for people loving the Bronco the way they envision it (to each their own), but I do find it peculiar that so many who say it has to be 2 door because that is the classic look, also say that Sasquatch is "mandatory", and seem to hate steel wheels.

Here is my opinion. First Iā€™ll say Iā€™m a two door guy all the way. I loved the old Bronco since I was a kid. My Grandpa had an old Scout and used to take me out to the Outer Banks fishing and as a kid I met a lot of old Bronco owners out on the beaches. Anyway my opinion is that like the MT, the two door is very popular on this forum because we all are Bronco enthusiasts that are passionate about it, the history.....every Gen. I feel that a lot of people that donā€™t have reservations and or are not on this forum may end up with four doors. Like the Jeep four door the four door Bronco is more practical for most people in todayā€™s lifestyle. I was a four door Jeep for the longest time because I think they look better than the two door. But Iā€™m the opposite on the Bronco and Iā€™m at a point in my life where kids are gone and this is my baby. Takes me back to beaches of the Outer Banks and all those Gen 1 Broncos.
Agree with everything you said. Maybe soon, you can be the grandparent creating that memory for the next generation. I too will do my part to get a 2d MT to add to the numbers and hope they keep making them. My two kiddos can deal and will climb/cram into the backseat as part of their training. They will also learn on a manual. Not necessary on either account... I just want them to have the experience.

Amen. Well said. I hope to be that Grandparent as well. And like you Iā€™m getting the MT.

I totally get what you're saying. Sounds like good memories also. But I could argue that the Jeep forums are enthusiasts and passionate about them and they still mostly have 4 doors. But that very well could be that the 4 doors actually do look better on Jeeps. The two door just looks like a mail truck.

Find a small utility trailer. I had a gen 1 lightning and found I used the trailer more as I could be much rougher on it. I know it is something else to store but my truck is gone and has been replaced with a 4x8 trailer. Works like a champ for me.

I'm one of the guys that loves the classic Bronco but only when they are modified. Factory spec doesn't get a second look from me. Also, I hate steel wheels. ?

Awesome thanks for that! Iā€™ll add it to my list of Bronco-related stuff to buy.

I am ordering a four door. I have two Porsche sports cars now and a Porsche GT3 on order. All three are two doors and only one has back seats which can seat only small children. I need a four door people hauler that looks cool. Bronco is it for me.

I'm torn.

I want the one that has been featured most prominently and seemed to take center stage in the reveal; 2 door in Cyber Orange Pearl.

But I also saw a photo the other day on a Motortrend article of a 4 door in Cactus Grey with the top removed and that looked really great, too.

It's going to be a few years for me anyways and we already have a 4 door family rig (my wife's).

I talked to my wife about it and she asked me "Well, do you want the kids climbing over the front seats to get into the back? Because they already do that with my car."

So I guess it won't matter since they climbed all over the leather seats of my Mustang 5 minutes after I got it home. ?
