Does this size tire even exist for the 18” wheel on the Outer Banks? Even looking online, I can’t seem to find anything bigger than the tire it comes with.

No, I don’t expect Ford to help me in any way. Lol I’m new to SUVs/big tires but I can’t find anything bigger anywhere online. ??From Ford? Probably not as an option. Plenty of choices to do it yourself though.
Lots of different sizes to fit your needs. No, I don’t expect Ford to help me in any way. Lol I’m new to SUVs/big tires but I can’t find anything bigger anywhere online. ??
Thanks! I guess I didn’t realize that the tire width would have to change that much. I was looking for 255/80r18.Lots of different sizes to fit your needs.
265/70/18, 275/70/18, 285/65/18, 285/70/18, 285/75/18, 295/70/18, etc.
Just look up the tire you want to run and look at the available sizes or just search for tires by size.
Note that the width of your wheel will determine whether or not it's wise to put some of these sizes on. A wider tire may also need wheel spacers. Thanks! I guess I didn’t realize that the tire width would have to change that much. I was looking for 255/80r18.
Yep. Basically 285s on 7.5in rims. Some 295s are fine.Note that the width of your wheel will determine whether or not it's wise to put some of these sizes on. A wider tire may also need wheel spacers.
I will never install wheel spacers, to me that's a unsafe practice, get wheels with the proper offsetNote that the width of your wheel will determine whether or not it's wise to put some of these sizes on. A wider tire may also need wheel spacers.
Ideally, yes. But OP wants to keep the stock ones.I will never install wheel spacers, to me that's a unsafe practice, get wheels with the proper offset
Agreed. I don’t really want spacers. I plan on getting an Outer Banks which I think comes with about 32.5” or so and would just want to bump that up to 33-34” or whatever is doable with the stock wheel without spacers.I will never install wheel spacers, to me that's a unsafe practice, get wheels with the proper offset
You will most likely be able to go to 275/70/18 or 285/65/18 with no rubbing issues at all. Beyond that really depends on backspace and articulation.Agreed. I don’t really want spacers. Not sure the Badlands wheels will support a 12.5 width. Thanks! I guess I didn’t realize that the tire width would have to change that much. I was looking for 255/80r18.
