Price point and slow roll out made me fall in love with my soft top even more than I already did. The IAG struts made it even more awesome. Maybe if I lived in cold climates. But then I’d probably just buy a takeoff hardtop MIC 2.0.

It matches the top 6 inches of the back, yes, but not the rest. The back is very upright, along with the sides and the front. You'll note that the top six inches of the sides on the back also slant in, as well as an inch or two on the doors. I'm glad that all of the side windows don't slope towards the center of the cabin because of the top few inches on the body.

It's a design choice that ADV made, and if you like it go for it. The top looks quality but the slant is an odd choice to me since the business case for this top is essentially "a better, more available replacement for OEM". If that's the case, why not just make a better version of the OEM top rather than adding different elements to it? Leave the wiper at the bottom, no slant, three piece. People will flock to it even at the outrageous price because it's just a better top than OEM. They'll buy softtop Broncos and only get hardtops from ADV because it's just what you do to get the best available version. Anderson understood the assignment in that regard, but messed up the finish step in my opinion with the bed liner look.

ADV has a quality top with a divisive element (the slant) which is unfortunate because if there was no slant, no one would balk and say "where's the slant?!"

Does your hardtop fix the rain water dripping down when you exit the vehicle? Doesn’t appear to have a sill or gutter rail to take care of that current problem.

It’s ok you don’t like it but just know that plenty will love it. And there’s probably more people that think the OEM hardtop is ugly. They just deal with it because it was the only hardtop option.
