Almost been 3 weeks and about 600 miles in 2021 Bronco Outer Banks

So I have had my Bronco almost 3 weeks now and have put about 600 miles on it and love it. Just took the doors off today and it was so easy. Wish they would have given me the door bags though. Answers and a few pics over the last couple weeks.


Probably compare the size to the older larger explorer on inside room. So far biggest complaint is when I get out my knee hits the headlights switch and turn it from auto lamps to on but I am a big dude. I was pulled over once by police just to look at it.


No mirror whistle, nobody has asked to ride yet. I got my own financing done so I paid with a check.


In the process of building a padded rack in my garage to hold them. Already nervous my kids will knock them over.


That would be sweet. It only took me like 5 minutes to take doors off. 2 bolts each door and once you break loose you can unscrew with hand.

Getting about 360-380 on a 21 gallon tank

My exact build that I’ve got entered, but mine is “99” status because I was holding out for green and painted/dual tops.

How’s the AMB look in person with the MIC Top? With all the updates I’m thinking of taking the “99” off my order and rolling the dice on getting a ‘21 (dealer says I’m right at the cutoff).

Didn’t notice till I went back and looked that you got the soft top. How’s the soft top look?

I got an OBX as well, do you like the rim/tire package? Do you think you'll be changing them anytime soon?

Every time I think about changing my order, I see the OBX interior and I’m like “Nope, staying put.” The two things that give me pause about the OBX are the lack of wheel choices and the painted wheel flares, but those can be fixed aftermarket if needed. A stock 33” wheel option would have been nice, though.

Also, I think Ford puts the headlight switch there just to see how many can turn the lights on with their knee. My new Ranger is the same way.

One of the very few things that pisses me off about my 2016 F150 is the stupid location of that light switch. I have to be very careful not to turn the lights on with my kneecap...did that once and came back after 14 hours to a totally dead battery.

Guess I'll be carrying extra fuel when I go on long trips. Still, that's better than my last 3 Fords. RS went 240 miles, F250 goes 240, Shelby goes 200

Not sure why Ford thinks only their truck owners need to go more than 400 miles on a tank...

Same here - does anyone make gas can carriers for the Bronco yet? One of the reasons I love my F150 is getting over 600 miles on a tank of gas...where I live, that's important.

Well, these hold 5 gallons. So you'll need 2 of these cans roughly.

How ironic, The speed limit sign says 70. But the road is string straight for as far as the eye can see., probably till the gas station. So speed limit should be unlimited.

This is going to suck for me. I just got the low fuel light on my LWN Duramax the other day at 850 miles. I wonder if Titan will make an extendo for the Bronco.

Where are all 10 speakers located? We know there are three in the dash, two in the C-pillars, and the sub in the cargo section. What about the other 4? They aren’t in the doors obviously…
