Yup. I gotta say the community has been AWESOME. You've all been very understanding about the issue, hell one guy even told me to keep the 20% i was offering back to him (what a nice guy!).

It's why I told the guys "look I want them powder coated also" just trying to do the right thing (originally it was just going to be stainless steel as it is, no powder coating)

Just ordered that Wirefy crimper the other day... nice.

As for those ring terminals... I was just going to go with some heatshrink connector rings but those copper ones are pretty nice. Probably a better option for the batt studs.

If anyone wants my bracket that has the correct cutout I'd gladly switch for the spacer and 20% back.

Seriously, mistakes happen, as soon as you became aware you immediately went to work correcting it and even offered a partial refund which I think is more than fair. Yet people are still complaining. I don't get it?

Does anyone have eye terminal recommendations? Looking at the ARB twin instructions, we need
2x 10AWG eye terminals (for either the 6mm or 5mm positive battery terminals)
1x 8AWG eye terminal (for the thicker, negative wire to ground on the chassis)
1x ??AWG eye terminal (for the thinner, negative wire to ground)

I can find plenty of the right size terminals online, but I worry about the quality of the larger eye terminals more than anything, as they're going to be pulling quite a bit of current at full load. Did anyone else just take their harness to a hardware store to size up eye terminals?

If you have a West Marine (or similar type of boat store near you) they have a great selection of Blue Seas electrical components in stock. Pricey, but for these small jobs well worth it. Our store has an entire aisle dedicated to electrical stuff and you can buy in small batches.

They have ones with the heat shrink already "built-in" so you just crimp it and heat it to make a perfect waterproof connection.
