Seconded. I told them they missed the mark with the "stay pumped" gifts. Something along the lines of treat your customers like grown ups and not a bunch of high schoolers at a pep rally. From the vast majority of the posts on this forum, the average Bronco buyer is not as unsophisticated as Ford marketing would be led to believe. We can handle an honest explanation of resource constraints and how the builds are chosen and allocated...... Well, most people.Apparently I was a lot nicer than everyone else, failing to live up to my name. I just complained about the abysmal communication.
Completed the survey.. was hesitant if i wanted to include my reservation number of not.. but since i am going to be priced out of my truck by the dealer, I added it. F*** it.
Did you check to see if it included September?Ford sent a fun little calendar. As a 7-14 reservation holder I'd rather have my Bronco. However...
here is what is important. They included a link to a satisfaction survey. Please take the time to complete the survey to let them know orders should be fulfilled in reservation order.
Each piece of thick paper represents a month. It's kind of cute with some hidden Easter eggs. With that said, I would rather have my own Bronco... with it's own Easter eggs, having reserved on 7-14.
.
If they give me 2 Broncos .... dont come asking ...That's why I used yours.
Yes.Did you check to see if it included September?
