PM me your VIN Iāll take a look tonight if thereās a cloud submitted DTC for it. I donāt think any of your changes should have caused this.@drew707 this is weird... My belt minder chimes has come back...
I'll have to back over my BCM settings
I did everything in the plain English side of forscan but yes I believe there are lines in both that need to change. The modifications in BCM and IPC correct?
Iāll try with plain English first!I did everything in the plain English side of forscan but yes I believe there are lines in both that need to change.

Edit: Sorry I forget we are in the ForScan thread. Can you see any codes that may be pertinent to this? Iād like to know the responsible module and what the code is

Weird one about left rear turn signal. It's functioning
JUST noticed switching on the rear fog turns off the high beams.... InterestingInteresting Iāll have to look into this one.
There is an as-built change that allows the fogs to stay on with the high beams. Would not surprise me if It has an effect on rear fogs.JUST noticed switching on the rear fog turns off the high beams.... Interesting
The weird thing is, they stay on with the front fogs... Only the rear turn off the high beam. There is an as-built change that allows the fogs to stay on with the high beams. Would not surprise me if It has an effect on rear fogs.
Hmm I did not try to turn them on with the high beams. Iāll give it a try soon.JUST noticed switching on the rear fog turns off the high beams.... Interesting
Well I know a guy who can help you out with that And we make the pigtails for all of our kits that you can get to plug right into that factory connector Ford left you@drew707 so went out to the truck just now...
"load all" for the IPC restored my backup from the file I saved, then I made the necessary changes... Viola!
Everything seems to work now.
I also went over the BCM and used the defaults you provided
Now I just need to get some ACTUAL lighting!
Thanks for your help...
Can you make a pigtail with a restister to fake the seat belt switches?...there are four in the rear of my 2 dr. 2 on the female sides of the belts buckle and two on the seat belt winder itself.Well I know a guy who can help you out with that And we make the pigtails for all of our kits that you can get to plug right into that factory connector Ford left you
Although getting far astray from the topic of the fog light switch in this thread, if you are looking to turn off the seatbelt reminder for specific seats, there are ways to do that using Forscan and also shortcut ways to do it outside of Forscan. Can you make a pigtail with a restister to fake the seat belt switches?...there are four in the rear of my 2 dr. 2 on the female sides of the belts buckle and two on the seat belt winder itself.
Probably a long shot.
I'll try this, but I think the system runs a self check and checks the resistance in the micro switches in the seat belts....once the switches are removed then I get a restrains with seat belt and airbags in icon warning light, this is different than the "put your seat belt on "light. This came from another thread. I did this for the driver seat but its supposed to work for all seats. Give it a shot
