You mean his friends tune is legal.
Just so I am reading the fine print correctly, this approval also means it's OK to drive on streets, etc... right? Not just off-road?

No. Lethal had them on sale with free shipping before. Maybe for the upcoming holiday he'll have them on sale again.
The only thing buying online is that if you intend on the dealer installing, some may not want to if you didn't buy from them Have to ask though as plenty have bought online here.

Eh I don’t give a shit about Californian (at all!). I just thought it was a whole 2023 halt.
There was a halt but that was for an issue with FP's updating website and registering. That was fixed weeks ago.

i talked with ford performance today, he said since the calibration is 50 state legal now for 2021-2023 models ford may finally add it to the ford accessories web site so you can buy it there. I called my local ford dealer, he claimed close to $1000 to buy it. what a joke. sounds like best plan is buy it from cjpony or one of the other companies people listed here and get a ford dealer to install it.
Gotta give props to lethal performance for answering the same question over and over and over.
