Zero percent chance it's going to have that range. It would either require something obscene like a 40 gallon tank or 50 MPG.
Not impossible when the 150 “hybrid” boasts a 700 mi range which is great until you read 30 gallon tank smh lol
I mean 1050 is impossible but I wouldn’t put it past them to put some huge tank to create misleading fuel economy numbers

They probably just put a ridiculous number so no one would think whatever number was shown was representative of max range.

Ranger has an 18 gallon tank. I'd wager about the same.

I struggle to get 20mpg in my Ranger... Even with a manual and driving like Morgan Freeman I doubt I would get anything better than 24 with the Bronco. I'm hoping I'll find out soon though! :D

On the Ford website. 2-Door 16.9 gallons and 4-Door 20.8 gallons. That is a bummer. My FJ Cruiser held 19 gallons and that wasn't nearly enough. Betting the economy rating with be in the neighborhood of 16mpg city and 18mpg highway. Going to be lots of fuel stops.

My Wrangler with 33 inch tires gets about 12 miles to gallon. I'm sure Bronco will be better than that, but I don't expect great fuel economy from the Broncos.

Exactly this. If anyone is purchasing this vehicle with the expectations of great fuel economy, I think they may be disappointed. Good? Maybe. But you may want to cancel the squatch package and the 500 pounds of accessories. I’m looking for smiles per gallon and if I go out in the wilderness I’ll be sure to have a gas container stowed on the roof/bumper etc.

1000 mi fuel capacity, 20+ MPG? Can I have some of what you guys are smoking?

I'd be super surprised if we see over 20MPG in real life usage.

I am betting this will have a 20-25 gal tank and be rated 24 - 19 MPG with reality being sub 20mpg.

2 door with 16 gals, hwy 20 MPG (if you not too heavy footed) you are going to be stopping every 250 -300 miles. If you do much over 70 MPH you will be lucky to 4 hours of driving. Would like to see more range.

I have a 2015 F150 super crew 4x4 2.7L "Stealth Edition" with 295/60R/20 Open country II (about 34" tire.) Best I ever got on highway was 19 mpg...Most of the time, I'm about 16-17 mpg. However, I pull 18' bass and 24' pontoon boats with it a lot and get 13-15 mpg on a tank. I'm expecting about the same with Badlands-Sasquatch-2.7L-Auto
