If Bronco is its own division and a hit it we may see a lot of different Bronco's. How many different Jeeps are there just stop and think.

Oh no, I wasn't complaining about the size of the future Bronco. I was trying to point out how Midnight Blue was complaining about the SUV being "small" despite the fact that it would bigger than the other two vehicles.

Oh alright lol, my bad.

I am very intrigued by this as well. One small tidbit that my buddy at Ford did divulge is that “maverick” does refer to the baby bronco. However, he stated at this point it may not necessarily be called the “Bronco Maverick” it may just be the Ford Maverick. So the “Bronco Family” we have been hearing about may be referring to trim levels of the Bronco. Ford has been very thorough in covering their tracks, and even as close as he is to the program he has heard almost nothing about the Bronco Raptor. All he confirmed is that there is no F-150 Bronco in the cards for the foreseeable future.

I thought the baby Bronco was gonna be called the Ford Bronco Scout?

Nope. He did not divulge anything about the “scout” moniker but it’s possible it could be a trim level. Idk.

Slow clap ...........

Thank you for saving us from the fun speculations Captain obvious. The miss information could have been devastating.

I suppose it's because of guys like this we have to be so delicate. So thanks again. Maybe we should just give them a flat window to lick until it arrives.

No we all want a reimagining if the original first gen Broncos. Ya know the ones that are selling for tens of thousands of dollars and are a great size? Honestly most of us want Ford’s version of a Jeep Wrangler and it does seem like that is what we’re getting at this point.

Personal preference I know, but I'm all for the EB-ish size of Bronco. With that said, it's been noted in other threads by folks here that "midsize truck" now has changed. Using "compact" for the Bronco seems to be exaggerating. But as for the sub-Bronco-whatever coming out, sure - that seems to be where they're going. Also, we really don't know the size of the new Bronco platform yet but I'm thinking it'll be at least wider than the current Ranger (if we are to believe the current T6 Ranger can't even fit a V6 - and we are also to believe the rumored V6 (less likely V8?) may go into this Bronco).

Doesn't eliminate the possibility of a FSB in the future as @Stampede.Offroad had mentioned previously, depending on how this Bronco does. I'm just saying, but I wouldn't mind Ford offering a Tremor Package on a facelifted Expedition as a sort of stop gap to "see what happens".

If it lines up with the Ranger and Everest, it will be half way between the the EB/B2 and the FSB in size -- making it a foot or more wider than a Wrangler body.

Personally I think I would prefer that 68-70" range, but for a daily driver etc. a few more inches will probably give it more comfort. Not to mention making it far easier to score better in safety than the Wrangler, which regularly gets dismal scores -- a detail that many people won't give a rats *** about, but it will probably help Ford steal sales from Jeep.
