If you are going to pull the front end apart (like to put a spacer or level lift in), you will need a set of large sockets. I think the axel nut is 36 or 38mm. The set I bought at Harbor Freight was 3/4" drive, so I had to get a cheap 3/4 ratchet too. Then of course, you are supposed to torque that back down.

I borrowed a 3/4 torque wrench. My 3/8 wouldn't go that high anyway, and I don't have a 12" torque.

A jack and jack stands (assuming you don't have a lift).

A lot of great info in here already. I'll add get a decent toolbox/cart to store all of your stuff. You can wheel it around the shop (if you have a lot of square feet to cover), and can use it as a work bench. Harbor Freight US General boxes are actually better (in my opinion) than Craftsman and Husky boxes at Lowe's/Home Depot. Something with a lot of drawers is best and you can score them on 20% off sales sometimes. I have This Toolbox and always wish I bought it sooner. Oh and a box of Nitrile Gloves.
