….while you’re at it think hard about jacking points on a Bronco.

A good bottle jack will be in my Bronco.
The HighLift gets used for pulling T-posts on the farm.
I have adapters for the wheels, bumpers etc. also carry the bottle jack and 4x4 blocks. Hi lift isn’t perfect, but it’s versatile. When you need it, you need it. Between the bottle jack and the hi lift, I’ve been able to get out of most situations I’ve put myself in (and helped out a few others as well).

Great job! That‘s pretty damn cool!

Two questions:

1) How long is your jack?
2) Are the threaded inserts on the roll bar on it stock from the factor?

Yes the holes in the roll bar are factory and are not threaded in the back side, so you need a m10 x1.5 tap or a self tapping bolt.

Thanks! That’s a great place to store it. It’s out of the way and out of the elements to prevent the working mechanism from corroding and failing to work when you need it.

The only good thing about waiting for our Broncos is guys like you figure this kind of stuff out!

Do you have any pictures of it with the hardtop on?

If you ever get a minute and the desire to make one, I know a bunch of us would love to see a video of how this works (mounting, getting top on over it, etc). Seems like a great solution. Kudos!

And also pics of whatever you're grilling.

Assuming there are big meats somewhere in this thread!
