Wait, you guys didn't opt for the Rolls Royce Griffon 101 in your Bronco? I figured that's the only reason to buy a Bronco these days. Not only will it do a wheelie, it'll lift the driver side tires off the ground when you rev it up in neutral.
Yes the first six pistons are in the front, the other six are in the back and the first and second stage of the supercharger are up front and the 3rd stage in the rear 1420hp front 1000 rear LOL

Well it seems that you made a special effort to point out his styling points of the car he was driving to belittle him. So he had some info wrong on your vehicle which he asked about big deal let it go

It is quite impressive what the 2.3L puts out. I have a 2021 Mercedes AMG with a dual-turbo 4.0L V8 and it has 603HP (624HP with 48v starter/generator). The 2.3L has a bit more than half the AMG displacement almost half the HP ... not bad! I won't compare torque...that would be unfair 🤣
For a production engine, it's pretty good, but hell... Back in the early 2000's, I made 300 whp on 1.3 liters normally aspirated and 640 whp on a turbocharged 2.0 liter 4 cylinder.

I won't compare the torque, that's hilarious! :D

lol, ya figured out the 1.3, it was a 10,000 rpm peripheral port SCCA endurance championship motor, came in making 225 whp and left making 300 whp. It was obnoxiously loud...

Not that 0-60 matters, but the 2.3 seems to be faster than a bunch of sedans from the not so distant past (e.g. first gen acura tsx).

Both engines are adequate 0-60 given the vehicle weight, tires, etc. Definitely not my go fast car.
