Attached a pic… obviously around the tire area but also door handles. Mine look dull and don’t always wash up well… I wash by hand so maybe it’s the washer’s fault. Do you use any kind of polish or product so it looks better? Thanks in advance… you people entertained me for days on my tire question so thank you to all on this board. Love this site for info.

I use a product from Jax Wax called Super Blue. It does a great job on the black plastic also the tires if you so choose. I have been using it since I had a 2013 Shelby GT500.

Shortly after I got my Bronco I coated the flares and door handles with Cerakote wipes. Outstanding. It should last years.

If you don't mind applying something every wash, then Aerospace 303.

This will probably be controversial but I use Purple Power or Superclean degreaser on my tires and plastics. Gives them a nice deep black look but not shiny. I don’t like shiny tires. Did that on all the plastic and tires on my Gladiator for 3 years and they looked great when I traded it in. I got the idea from a professional detailer on YouTube that does that so I tried it and liked it.

There are a lot of products out there, just google trim restorer.
Chemical Guys VRP, Mothers Back to Black, and Cerakote are good options. Out of those, Cerakote will be the one that lasts the longest. The others will need more frequent applications.

303 Aerospace is amazing. I use it on my fender flares and it works great, isn't super greasy, and is easy to apply. Highly recommend!

I applied it to my fender flares just last week actually.

Cerakote Trim is by far the best that I have found. Easy on and it lasts! Apply it in the fall and spring and you are good to go. Works great on the OEM hard top too!

Amazon.com: CERAKOTE® Ceramic Trim Coat Kit - Quick Plastic Trim Restorer - Ceramic Coating Black Trim Restoration to Last Over 200 Washes – A Ceramic Coating, Not a Dressing : Automotive
This. Works really well, about the only thing I have found that will make the trim look new (and remove mud stains at the same time)
