yep...looks like thats a problem according to video, but I think the link is what sends the signal to auto start ..so it my just be a matter of taking it off and putting in A Jumper wire...what????
So, he eliminated the need to push one button by now having to push another button.what????
Way betterThis seems like a cleaner way to do it.

This thing works well. Installed it over a month ago. If the screen didn't pop up that it was turned off by the switch I would have completely forgotten it was there. This seems like a cleaner way to do it.

Not so much hate, as no advantage to it. When I bought my 2015 F-150 (2.7), I was all about the potential to save gas/mileage. For the first year or so it took some getting used to, but it worked fine. I did some testing and found no difference in gas with or without the system activated. At year 3, I started getting low battery warnings. After having Ford replace the battery, My system started acting up, where when I stopped at a light it would cut off/on rapidly (like 3-5 times in 10 seconds). Multiple dealer visits with no resolution, and after another year the starter died. Last year I had to replace the battery again, and that's when I gave up and got an eliminator. No problems since, and I'm still gettint the same 23 MPG I was getting on day 1.
Not sure why people hate auto stop/start so much.
I just bought one. Thanks!Talk to Travis and Jessica at autostopeliminator. Good people with reputable, family owned business. They installed mine and made a prototype from my install. The install video on their website is actually my Bronco! They will treat you right and have a very good, quality product. I have not had one single problem since my install over 2 months ago.
