I mean... Im 5'10, but maybe I have short arms. I pulled out the ladder, its hard to reach still positioned outside the fenders.

Im imagining a scaffolding setup.

Man, I really wish they would have given us a truck tailgate so you could just drop it and stand on that bad boy, instead of needing to buy and store other crap... you got your step built in that way.

Neat idea for modern cars though.

Ford gave us a built in step at the rear. It's called a bumper.

I guess I'd ask why? No better or worse than any other 4x4 I've owned.

I had the same thought today. How to reach the middle of the windshield. Like if to rainx it, or to polish the hood. I'm 5'8 so sasquatch is tall. I assume mechanics would use something to get in over the engine. Not everyone is 6', it's a legit question

When detailing tall vehicles I use something like this. I can't find the link of exactly what I have but it has grit tape on the top so it's not slippery when you're feet are wet.

I’ve got something just like that. It’s money for washing the roof or reaching across the windshield. Im 6’4 though so I don’t need it often
