I've bought two used cars from Chapman of Lancaster, and have my 2dr Badlands on order (July 14 2020 res holder). Just waiting on my build date like everyone else. But I have to say, I have nothing but good things to say about Chapman Ford of Lancaster. Scott Greiner has been busting his ass to do as much as he can, unfortunately Ford only does so much for the dealers as far as information and ability to effect the orders.

Glad to hear the OP was able to get theirs. I'm probably going to be done restoring my 1995 XLT by the time mine comes in.

If the OBX they have on the floor was a Badlands, I'd be driving it home today.

I get it, some have had it better than others. But I am willing to bet that 95% of people on here have never had to wait for a vehicle longer than a few days. So yea, 5 months was a long time. It's okay for someone to be happy about something. No reason to bring everything down to that level for every little thing. Sure we wanted the hard top and tow package, but with constraints, we decided to go with whatever gets it to us quicker...and it worked.

All so-called “suffering” must be compared to (and subsequently disregarded because it is inferior to) my own suffering.

Congrats! My experience with Chapman was also fantastic. They honored their word and made the process simple, easy and comfortable. It was honestly the best car buying experience I ever had. #chapmanforlife
