Can anyone who’s taken delivery or test drove a Bronco confirm if the 6-way manual marine grade vinyl seats in the Badlands and/or Black Diamond trims have adjustable manual lumbar support?

I assume this is a knob on the side of the seat back as with most manual seats that have manual lumbar adjustment.

My understanding is the driver side does and the passenger does not - but I have not physically verified this in person.

Wouldn't surprise me, in my experience this is pretty standard across Fords with manual seats.

On the BD demo I looked at with MGV, driver yes, passenger no. You are correct, it is a round knob to adjust.

I drove a Badlands yesterday and can confirm driver's side lumbar adjustment in the manual MGV seats. Along with the telescopic and height adjustable steering wheel, I was pleasantly surprised at how configurable the cockpit is with the few adjustments. Very comfortable seats! However, kinda like memory foam mattresses, I did feel warmer than usual after about 30 minutes.
Has anybody compared the Big Bend to the Outer Banks cloth seats? Besides color and the ribbing, are there differences in quality feel or comfort?

So we have confirmation about the BD not having passenger lumbar support. I'm *assuming* the Badlands wouldn't be any different but does anyone with a badlands or been inside a Badlands have confirmation on passenger lumbar?

Bringing this back from the ☠ - but, the lack of lumbar for the passenger is starting to take its toll with my better half on longer drives. Has anyone figured out a solution? I’d like to continue to get some enthusiasm when I suggest a road trip/off-road adventure.

I installed Desert Does It jackers on my side and appreciate them - I’m gonna get a set for the passenger side. Might help a bit, but basically complaints about siding out of the seat and general discomfort.

I’ve seen those strap on mesh lumbar supports - but, wondering if there is anything more rugged or well known in the off-road community.

I asked once about the Raptor MGV seats, if the passenger has lumbar adjustment, but didn't get an answer.
The rock starts programming the online build and price config don't care about accuracy, so no good relying on that.
Could buy a drivers seat and tear it apart to try to make your own passenger seat have adjustable lumbar.
Or if the power passenger seat has it, I bet it's not too hard to retrofit the power connection. You'd get the adjustable head rest too. Then re-skin with your MGV covering, or katzkin.

At least, that's what I've been thinking about to get adjustable lumbar and MGV.

Oh, MGV Raptor seats would be a nice upgrade!

I have to look into photos of what that looks like. Wonder if the tracks are the same.

Assuming the cloth seats don’t have lumbar?

Are all leather seats powered? I assume so as well.

The passenger side still does not have manual lumbar on Bronco Raptor MGV seats, so I bought this:

Pulled the back off the passenger seat off and installed it.

Note: it's really easy, except the seat frame is razor sharp so wear gloves (two cuts and there's a few blood stains on that inflation bag 😅 ) and have a small piece of PVC pipe or flex loom to protect the inflator tube where it runs between the frame and the padding.

Maybe @flip can post it, but pages 3-7 in the Front Seat Lumbar Assembly G2235607 part of the service manual explain how to remove the seat back.

Well if Ford ever does end up building a RHD model maybe we'll have an option there . . .

Hmmmm, bet my money on Ford building my 7/20 reservation before or after they build a RHD model? I'd ask my Magic 8 Ball but it would probably just explode in protest.

Good info in this thread, very helpful. I honestly was unaware that the BL MGV didn't have lumbar in the passenger. I was more than OK with the tradeoff to get MGV and not have power but not having lumbar for my wife's bad back is not good so good to know what the options are. I see some of those sculpted cushions in the future.
