FWIW, I just started at removing the back with the seat in the vehicle. Was a Little tricky to see the wiring disconnect enough to unsnap it, but not an obstacle.

The passenger side still does not have manual lumbar on Bronco Raptor MGV seats, so I bought this:

Ford Bronco {thread} {filename}

Pulled the back off the passenger seat off and installed it.

Note: it's really easy, except the seat frame is razor sharp so wear gloves (two cuts and there's a few blood stains on that inflation bag šŸ˜… ) and have a small piece of PVC pipe or flex loom to protect the inflator tube where it runs between the frame and the padding.

Maybe @flip can post it, but pages 3-7 in the Front Seat Lumbar Assembly G2235607 part of the service manual explain how to remove the seat back.
Nice solution! Where did you place the pump bulb?

It falls between the seat and the console, but fortunately Ford added a convenient place to hang it. šŸ˜‚

Itā€™s an easy project. My one word of warning is that inner seat frame is super sharp, so wear gloves and make sure to protect that hose where it runs past the frame.

Iā€™m bringing this thread back to life because since I installed the seat jackers from Desert Does It - I have not heard a peep out of the passenger seat. It went from nearly anytime we went anywhere to not a single time since. Soā€¦money well spent IMO.
