I can't believe he continues to use the phrase "stay tuned". He has to be literally the worst Communications Manager ever hired for a company as big as Ford. How does this guy still have a job? He must know where all the bodies (or Broncos) are buried.

Also, I understand he is probably handcuffed by the legal department and people above him, but he could have easily just said - "while I can't give a specific date - all eager and soon to be Bronco owners should be receiving a much awaited update as soon as we are able." I guess maybe he is so secure in his position that he would rather just troll people on Twitter - such a good look for a brand ambassador and someone who speaks for @Ford Motor Company

I think we all should flood his Twitter account with messages about our frustrations regarding the lack of communication and his repeated canned responses. I’ve already messages him myself.

If every member on this forum messaged him once, I think it would send a clear message.

So all he can say is "if you ordered by Mar 2021 you are price protected into 2022". Which we know isn't true, because a dealer can add additional markup. The old story they gave about not letting dealers price gouge was forgotten, and now they say "Ford doesn't control dealer pricing."

So Ford keeps saying, "we will NOT tell you even which quarter you might get your Bronco. And we are NOT going to control rogue dealer pricing." So, what are we getting? Not much, a wish and a hope. This non-communication is appalling, I come from a career in contracts and customer relations...it's just shocking.
