No network connection error

For what it is worth, 23 badlands has been offline now for a few weeks.....until I was doing some adjustments in forscan. Once I was done and saved the edits (seatbelts, double honk, etc.) all the connected features seem to be working again.

My 23 badlands went offline for 2 weeks and then came back for 2. Just went off line again.

Me too, it was working, then went off, was working again, now it’s off as of this morning.

It seems to be on Ford’s end. Are you experiencing anything different?

I spoke with Ford pass the other day. Known issue. They said they sent out a fix 2 weeks ago but it didn’t work! She told me the fix won’t be done until June.

I called support, it’s a known issue. They said there should be a fix by Feb 2023.

They moved it back to June.

It’s a known issue. Mine has being doing it on and off since I picked it up in December. Ford is working on a OTA fix but won’t be out until June. In the mean time if you disconnect the negative battery terminal for 5-10 minutes everything resents and it will usually reconnect.

When I took mine in last week the mechanic showed me the service bulletin Ford sent out. They are now saying June.

I just have fordpass not working. Disconnected negative terminal for 10 minutes and it was working again for a few weeks. But now 3 weeks later fordpass cant connect to the truck. Just gave up on the app, nothing beats the ol reliable key fob.
