Did you ever install them
I did receive them, watched a few how to videos and decided I didnā€™t want attempt it myself, didnā€™t have all right tools etc. I have an appointment for them to be professionally installed this coming Wednesday .

Thanks, but I pulled the trigger on these this morning.

I just hope they fit ok.

Part numbers seem to be all over the place, and nothing seems very consistent.

These are off a 4dr.
I sure hope they fit and work like they should on my 2dr.

Where did you buy these from, all assembled like that?

Ebay, they were take offs from another Bronco.
The owner of the Bronco they came off of was likely doing a build with custom lift or something and changed them out.
They came off a brand new Bronco with only 100 miles on them.

There was another similar set of Take offs listed on Ebay.
It is still listed now, the only difference I think was the $500 higher price. But I have seen lising 500 higher then these.
So the $2500 in this listing is probably still a lot better deal then buying all new on part by part basis from Ford.

Fox HOSS 3.0 shocks were installed today.
ā€˜Donā€™t have but 20-25 mikes seat time with them, but absolutely made a noticeable improvement.

Not only does it ride smoother, it handles better in every way.

I will attempt to quantify my impressions with level of improvements by % over the stock Bilistein shocks.

Overall smoother ride +25-30%

Overall improved handling +40-50%

Nose dive issues have been improved by +80%

Rear squat under hard acceleration improved by +80%

Flat cornering improved by +50-60%

Overall control over rough surfaces +75%. This was a very important improvement to me.
Referring to roads with big enough bumps and pot holes or railroad crossings, stuff that would totally unsettle the Bronco, jarring passengers and at times kicking the backside out a bit.

If replacing the HOSS 2.0 Bilsteins with the HOSS 3.0 Fox, is there any hardware you need from the Fox mounts or can you simply use the the existing Bilsteins' hardware?

Just curious, if youā€™re in for $2,500-$3k for this swap, why not just go Icon or similar?

You will need the top hat and shock boot from the bilsteins to swap over. I did all this about a year ago. I also bought 2 new strut nuts.

Do you think $1200 is a good deal for a set with 20k miles? Haven't been able to find a set until just this weekend. I'm doing 74Weld portals and I just don't want any additional height...

For me it was because I was not lifting nor wanting to lift, there was also a lot more data available indicating that I would get what I was after if I made the HOSS 3.0 swap.

For me it was more about getting the improvements that I was wanting and not risking wasting a bunch of money on something I was not able verify the outcome nearly as well as I could with all the 2023 wild track reviews.

I have kings on my Ram HD and love them, but required some minor lift to get them.
ā€˜I have had Fox on other vehicles, like my Gen 1 Raptor and the live valve fox setup on my new 2024 Ranger Raptor, all past Fox experiences sort of played into my decision to go with this OE Fox 3.0 setup for the Bronco as well.

I would think so, as long as they give you plenty of detailed pics or you can inspect in person.
Check for damages, leaks and corrosion etc.

Same for me. I'm doing 74Weld portals and don't need any additional height.
