Same here as well. It's due to the inside part off the wheel well and not being able to press the bracket further back to straighten it out. Gotta figure out if you are ok with it or not.

They’re on. Don’t look too bad/noticeable. I will still have them off 99% of the time, but if I’m about to go down a gravel road you can bet your ass they’ll be on lol. XL non-long. Can’t imagine what long would look like lol

Anybody had this problem yet? The plastic cracked at the thumb screw holes.
Cracked on my first 3 mile trip to kids baseball practice.
I’m having a very tough time getting ahold of @rokblokz customer service and support.

looks like it cracked prior to when it came apart. Did you happen to notice if things were looking o.k. after you did the first install? One of those pictures looks like the thumbscrews are over torqued and cracked the material. Or the material is too brittle.

Yes I checked. Of course it is from one or both Over Torqued or material is too brittle. Either way……I set it finger tight……just like the other side. Too thin, too brittle. Probably should be a piece of thin metal.

It could be a problem with the plastic mixture used causing it to be too brittle and not flexible enough. I'm sure they'll take care of it for you. Give them some time to get back to you.

Did they pull these from the market? I’ve been on the waitlist and missed out on the first batch but now the link gives a page not found error. Can’t find them anywhere on the site.

There have been some issues, so maybe they are re-engineering them. The non SAS rear flaps are solid and mount well. The front non SAS are more challenging because they have to work around the crash bars. The large void and quick release design puts a lot of stress on a small area. The brackets seem to be not quite right so the flaps sit at an angle instead of perpendicular to the side of the truck. If they are retooling I hope their intention is to take care of us early adopters who shelled out $400 to be their beta testers.

The product page was hidden for a couple of days as we scheduled it for availability. We were unaware that it would disappear and show an error code. It is back up and live.
Have you made any notable changes/improvements to the flaps based on any of the feedback here or from other customers?

We did fix the original issue with wiggle in the front flaps finding that we received and therefore send the wrong clips to a handful of customer (most of which were sasquatch owners so it seems like it mostly affected those) and, as we knew it would, that has solved the wobble.

The broken plate posted by MillerBuilt has been shipped and that was a mistake on us where he actually got the wrong plate and a combination of the fact that the customer tightened the screws too tight.

We have been listening to all feedback received on this product, but we are not yet aware of any "issues" that would require a complete redesign or any "notable" changes. We have installed many sets locally and have had customers "thrashing" on their flaps to sets the design and we are happy with results thus far. We are constantly looking to the future to make sure our products are always great and as we find new materials and such we will make any necessary changes behind the scenes.

Sadly, before installing mine I reached out to Rokblokz about the front flap fitment issues/gapping reported by @AK SNO RIDER @Hitemstiff @BroncoAZ and @broncosor (in the Rokblokz review thread) and Rokblokz claims it is not an unintended issue but the result of their design and may be exasperated by installer error. Looking back, I note that Rokblokz had no photos on the product webpage showing the installed product from the side so that the gapping between the fender flare and the flap could be seen. If that's how the product is designed/intended to fit, then that aspect should be fully disclosed to would-be purchasers. That surprise really hurts on such an expensive product.

My unopened ones are going back.
