Curious what kind of accessories people plan to get for their Broncos.

I like reading about what people do to their Jeep's over on Wrangler forums but I've noticed many don't seem to do much overlanding or are set up for it so I'm curious what people here plan on doing.

I myself plan on adding an awning, roof top tent, lift, probably the food out table attached to the back door.

Hoping some good parts come out to modify the trunk/back seat space so I can install a fridge and some other modular items.

Iā€™ll gradually be adding overland gear for an overland set up as well. That in mind it will be a daily driver. I have a bunch of gear off my current rig I can switch over.

Hoping to equip mine with:
Roof rack (lock and load maybe)
Ford perf tune for 2.3
Non standard wheels
Gate food tray thing
Some lights
Iā€™ll see if they have a dual battery set up from ford
Basically nothing crazy that will void the warranty until the warranty is up.

Glad you brought up the dual battery set up. Wonder if I can have that installed when I pick it up. That's a must if I have a fridge.

I definitely need to see the B&P to figure out the accessory choices before making any decisions. I also hope to change out and add more accessories further down the road. This Bronco is going to be our family fun LEGO cruiser.

Maybe not, those yeti goal zero power packs are pretty cool. Just nice not to have to remember to charge something

Iā€™d like to do the light bar and the tube doors from the bronco trail rig concept

And then the modular bumper with safari bar like on the first edition

I like sticking with factory wheels, but Iā€™ll upgrade them to whatever optional wheels are available. Hopefully The badlands optional wheels on the trail rig above or these black diamond wheels

Depends on what I can afford for my SAS OBX 50k budget, but I'd like to get the Mod bumper, a light bar for the bumper (nothing too obnoxious), 37's and 20" wheels eventually (most likely BCForged), AMP steps, and maybe do some wrap or add some subtle graphics. I want it to be different, but not crazy.

Unless they're sitting on some cool stuff that I haven't thought about, I won't get any accessories, other than roof rails. I want to pick stuff up as needed. Everything needs to be functional.

I'll put a Yakima roof rack, awning, and 1Up bike rack on immediately but I can get those cheaper elsewhere unless Ford has some wild pricing.

Unless the angry eyes are like, super cool angry eyes. :ROFLMAO:

I may have my camp trailer finished by the time i get the bronco so it may not be too much that goes on it except for an awning and a small fridge for beach days. I will get 360 degree lighting and a winch. Maybe a solar panel to keep the battery up.

The only Ford parts I'm seriously looking at are the roof rack, towing package and the lights. The rest I'll be doing myself. Most likely a lift, aftermarket wheels and tires and some engine goodies.

Everything mechanical I'm keeping OEM from Ford (Sasquatch, 2.7L Auto), but I plan on looking into standard looking, utilitarian black steelie wheels for my 35s. I'm also going to look into have my MIC gray hardtop vinyl wrapped in white (some folks claim you can't wrap a textured top, but I'm going to look around.) I also plan on upgrading to the 12" screen myself, and probably that slide-out tray in the back (4-door model)
