Yep....that is what I understood. Up to $1K per customer. Personally...I don't want swag and I could see the Dealer waiting until you actually take delivery. Why should those that back out get a bunch of "gifts". $1K gift card for their accessory counter.....it's a win win for both Dealer and purchaser!

As I mentioned, I got accessories so I'm sure it can be done.

bro, text is impossible to read anyone. I’m calm as can be. My bronco is on the way and I got the full credit so nothing to be mad about but if you ask me if $50-$75 is cool for people who have been sitting at dirt mountain… well, I’ll call it like I see it!

I’ll be honest. I don’t expect anything from my dealer. I’ll be happy as a clam just to get my Bronco after this long wait. If they happen to throw in some fun swag, awesome. If not, it is what it is. When I bought my Jaguar, I got a nice pen and some fancy key chains… yeah… keep your swag

I got zero dollars from my dealer. VIN on 8/26 (FINALLY!) for 9/12 build date. Build date pushed to 10/20. Found out because I asked to confirm build date. Asked about dealer cash as well and response: “the claiming process for these funds has not been released to us yet and we're unsure that we will even be using them this is a great opportunity for Ford to not pay us back… I'll keep everyone updated”

Given the amount of bitching we do about dealers, please tell me again why we are not lobbying Congress and our state legislatures to change the laws to allow direct-to-consumer sales of automobiles (and SUVs, and trucks)? Why do we continue not just to allow them, but to force them upon ourselves?

My dealer threw in my Bimini mesh top at not extra cost for my customers satisfaction. I was pretty happy with their decision. It saved me $300.

The dealer I placed my order with said straight up they were not going to be doing anything with the Customer Satisfaction funds. I’m not upset by their decision, I’m getting a good deal, the bad part is just having to wait for the dang thing!!
