Even if it's not a bug, and they "don't listen" you can always order it separately and if you can't be bothered to install it yourself your dealer will happily take your money and spend the 15 minutes to do it for you

It really is that simple.

It really is that simple.
RIght, i trust ford to be able to provide this to me in a timely fashion. I bought a 2020 explorer ST and it took them 3 months to provide a replacement plastic pillar.
