I’m torn between a base 2 door Sasquatch to a 4 door badlands auto/2.7 and every combo in between. Except for outer banks. Really don’t like so many things about the obx
Reg
Same here, started with a two door Badlands manual, and ended up with a velocity blue two door base with the same set up. Ill add leather slip ons for $800 when I get it and be just as happy.
I 3rd that notion!

1 build. BL. No others can satisfy everything the way the BL can. Congrats Ford, you have pushed my initial thought budget 10K+
If I knew I could get a step with the rock rails I would switch to BL. I'm short, though. :sneaky:

I switch almost daily between BD and BL, both white with 2.7, Auto, roof rails, Mid.
I like the interior and price of the BD better than those of BL.
I like the 33's and overall look of the BL more than BD.
I like the stock wheels of BL more than the stock steelies of BD.
I don't plan any hard core off roading so BL may be overkill, but I don't care.
This is exactly where I am stuck. I ultimately think I want the 33” BL tires, but priced out, I can get a BD with SAS and all my mandatory options for $2K less than the same BL build without SAS. I hate the fact that I’d pay 2K more for smaller tires. I also like the interior more on the BD.

Yep I came up with the same $2k difference. Sas Bd is the better deal. But my wife is going to be driving the bronco a lot and I don't think she would like 35's. And she'd want steps to get in and I don't want steps. I'd like to see a mini sas on the bd with 33's with the same look as BL but without the sway bar disconnect.

I'm down to two:

Base Rapid Red
-2.7
-Sasquatch
-sound deadening headliner
-overhead switches
-floor mats
-heavy duty bumper

or

Badlands Race Red
-7 speed manual
-optional beadlock capable wheel
-sound deadening headliner
-floor mats
-mid package (for the heated seats)

Difference of about $6k for manual w/ lockers, not going to wait for the basemansquatch. Seat heat is nice but I can add to the base, remote start would be nice on the base (Fordpass). Probably just slap myself upside the head before I walk in the dealer and see which one I think of 1st. I'd be happy with either.

I was back and forth for a while, but seeing as we now have confirmation that the base 4-door auto only on B&P is ***NOT*** a fluke, I guess that locks me into Big Bend manual Sasquatch with a few select options.

Bring on the ordering process...

Am down to two - for a while now

OBX
- Sasquatch
- Navy Pier Leather
- 2.7
- Upfit Switches
- Sound deadening if available
- Hard Top
- Keypad
- Bimini Canvas Top
- Floor Liners
- Lux Package

OR
WildTrak
- Leather (this is the dilemma - that lack of color options sucks!)
- Upfit Switches
- Sound Deadening if available
- Keypad
- Bimini Canvas Top
- Tube Steps
- Floor Liners
- Lux Package

Also considered the Badlands, going with the Marine Grade Vinyl I'd be less $$ optioned out the same BUT can not add the tube steps and I don't need the front disconnect . . .

Will also add the roof rack if it is a simple take-off to allow for the roof removal.

Want to go with Velocity Blue but believe it will create a longer wait so am leaning toward Antimatter Blue but have not completely decided yet . . . the clock is ticking!!

This will be the first new car I have ever bought and good chance it will also be my last.

Badlands

Lux package.
No plans to upgrade or add on right now.

I am at the same crossroads. Only hesitation is the Signature lights and instrument display on the BL. Although I have black leather now on my car and it gets hot in summer and I don’t want the black BL interior.

I've done hundreds of builds and have gone from base to badlands. Badlands with the 7% tax in Indiana ends up being more than I can responsibly spend. I would opt for an OBX, but I don't think I could live with those interiors! SMH every time I see those color combinations(n). So after a lot of deliberation, I think I've settled on these 2 builds. Probably will go with the Black Diamond for the Advanced 4x4 with AOD engagement. Haven't settled on a color yet. Considering oxford white, area 51 or race red. Who knows ?‍♂

Big Bend, 4 door, HT, signature LED, Floor liners, 2.7/AT, rear locker $43,210
Black Diamond, 4 Door, HT, 2.7/AT, AOD 4x4, $44,920

I'm settled on Black Diamond for sure at this point. The trick for me is to only look at Black Diamond in the B&P lol. But right now here is what I'm thinking:

Black Diamond - 4 door
Mid-Package
Sasquatch
Hard Top
2.7L Engine
Engine Block heater
Tow package (although it may not be worth the $595)
Color - *Undecided but currently liking the Velocity Blue
Ford Bronco Worked my way down to 7 builds. Have you settled on one yet? Black Diamond Squatch w Hard To
