They totally ran out of MGV while stitching together your seats and reached for the next available material. Sorry dude.Well that’s unfortunate. Ford is trying to screw me even after delivery
It goes all the way back. I wouldn’t mind on leather but the entire purpose of the MGV is to be water resistant.
I think I would still mind even if it was consistent. It's supposed to be marine grade washable!*Yeah, I wouldn’t have minded so much if it was consistent between both seats but having one and not the other is odd.
OK... Checked mine... '22 BL 2dr. Passenger seat has MGV in the area circled... Driver seat is cloth.Does anybody with the MGV seats have this strip of fabric on their passenger seat? The right side doesn’t have it and the drivers seats doesn’t have it.
Could be that some of the more… er, “generously proportioned” people driving Broncos make the seats squish out enough to make contact and start squeaking.I don't know what some are talking about, switching to fabric for squeaks. My all MGV seats don't even touch the console with people sitting in them. My bet is that it was a cost cutting measure, but they'll never tell us so . . .
I'm starting to think they switched over to the cloth but had a bunch of random seats lying around and were just grabbing whatever they saw and accidentally mixed and matched some. Great QC.
Well mine has it only on driver seat. The passenger seat is all MGV. That is kinda irritating!Does anybody with the MGV seats have this strip of fabric on their passenger seat? The right side doesn’t have it and the drivers seats doesn’t have it.
